The Los Alamos Sheriff’s Posse needs more volunteers!
We’re looking for people to help us in all areas to keep the Posse and its events running. Joining the Posse and working with us is a great way to preserve the historical Lodge building, give something back to the community, interact with a great group of people, and maintain a true grass-roots local volunteer effort – something that is becoming very rare.
Membership is free!
The requirements for membership are that the applicant live or work in Los Alamos County, be at least 18 years of age and of good reputation and character, be willing to support Posse activities, and adhere to Posse Bylaws, House Rules, and Conflict of Interest Policies. All of those are available on these web pages.
